CONDITION OF GOODS
Any items returned to us must be in brand new condition. We will not accept any items that have been broken in, are creased, wrinkled, dirty or damaged.
CUSTOM LEATHER WORK CANNOT BE EXCHANGED
Returned products can be exchanged for a larger or smaller size item of the same value at no charge.
– if these items are exchanged for an item of greater or lesser value, we will adjust your charge accordingly. Customer will be responsible for all return or exchange cost.
There is a 20% restocking fee + $18 shipping fee that will apply to all exchanges.
