Enlight Designs works to make each product stand out. All designs that are produced, are custom manufactured from scratch to meet your specific design needs. By agreeing to this Work Order, the signatory to this agreement (“Buyer”) consents to the following Terms and Conditions and agrees that such Terms and Conditions govern the transaction between Buyer and Enlight Designs:

Material and Colors – Enlight Designs strives to accurately depict all colors on our website and in our Work Orders; however, colors displayed on Enlight Designs’s website and in Work Orders are representative. Because there are many variations in computer monitors and browsers, and not all monitors are calibrated equally, color reproduction on the Internet is not precise. Enlight Designs encourage Buyer to visit our office to review materials. Should this option be waived the Buyer acknowledges that actual colors may vary from colors shown on your display monitor and therefore there are no returns due to color variances.

Acknowledgements, Authorization and Payment - Buyer has reviewed the Material or Material Guide and selected the choice material for the design shown or the sample of item to be built that has been delivered to Enlight Designs.

By indicating acceptance of the Work Order and making payment Buyer authorizes Enlight Designs to begin production on the Work Order. Following such charge, no changes may be made to a custom order. Enlight Designs is not responsible for any errors in the final product caused by information provided by Buyer (including name, sizes, colors, material and finish selections)

Returns and Refund Policy – Because Enlight Designs’s products are custom-made, we do not accept returns, and no refunds are available. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if within 30 days of Buyer’s receipt of custom work, Buyer discovers material defects in buttons, fasteners, stitching, or materials, kindly submit an inquiry to Enlight Designs for verification; if our Quality Control team determines in its sole discretion that an item is indeed defective, we will offer an equitable resolution of the matter to Buyer.

Design Policy –Enlight Designs reserves the right to refuse Buyer samples and/or design requests for any reason, including but not limited to material Enlight Designs deems unlawful, harmful or inflammatory.

The goods will be furnished at the price set forth in the purchase order or such other document that Enlight Designs may use to set forth the price. Prices shall be inclusive of all delivery costs.

Buyer shall have the right to make any changes, additions or alterations in the items, quantities, destination, specifications, designs or delivery schedules within 3 days of any such change. All changes and adjustments, if any, must be in writing and signed by a duly authorized representative of Buyer.
