(1) After placing your order, it will take up to 1-5 days for shipping.
(2) There is a 14 business day return policy from the day you receive your items, less shipping and handling.
(3) All product being returned must be returned unworn and in original condition.
(4) We reserve the right to deny credit for returned merchandise that does not meet the return policy requirements.
(5) All exchanges will be made for the same item being returned.
(6) For returns please e-mail your request prior to shipping product back.
(7) For all custom orders we recommend a signed agreement to whatever designs you will need, and once this agreement is signed any other changes you will need to make will cost more. We will email or fax you this agreement form before we start any designs for you.
(8) At Enlight Designs we offer quotes for custom design orders.
(9) Custom designs orders cannot be returned.
(10) All sale items are final.
(11) All orders are shipped Canada Post. Rates are determined by weight and destination at point of purchase. We do ground and air shipping.
(12) International shipments are sent Canada Post, and usually shipped once a week.
(13) Orders are processed Monday through Friday excluding holidays. All orders received on weekends or holidays will begin processing up to 4 days thereafter.
(14) We do express shipping.
(15) Buying wholesale, we recommend paying half money down to start your order and paying the other half upon completion before your shipment is sent.
(16) At Enlight Designs we repair our own sandals.
(17) To reduce fraud, when purchasing large amounts of items via VISA or MASTERCARD we require valid photo ID along with proof of address and contact information and photo of card.
(18) To buy a large amount of items we will set a date you will receive your order.
(19) All orders are placed in sequence and can be booked in advanced.
(20) Weight for our rubber bottom sandals will change at times because of what is available from our supplier.
(21) We do not recommend wearing our sandals in water.
(22) All returned products that are in good condition will be donated to salvation army to help the needy.
(23) All custom work will be engraved with our logo.
(24) All custom orders will be displayed on our website.

(26) For all custom work if you are unable make it to our store to make payments we required an e-transfer to firstname.lastname@example.org for the full amount we charge to complete your order.
(27) Free shipping is not available for custom leather work.
(28) wholesale sandals or other products do not qualify for free shipping.

(30) If you have appointment please let us know if you are unable to make it so it doesn’t waste our time.

(32) There is a 20% charge for returning restocking fee.
(33) Returning orders can be done for larger or small items.
(34) All sales return or exchange orders that cross the Canadian border are subject to pay there own duty fees.
